摘  要:基于国产邮轮首制船的设计经验,对后续邮轮矩形风管的法兰选型设计进行优化,分别从制作工艺、施工工艺、经济效益等方面对插条法兰与角钢法兰进行对比,认为插条法兰相对角钢法兰不仅能够减重,还能够提高施工效率,降低造船成本,建议后续邮轮设计可考虑广泛使用插条法兰。Based on the design experience of the first domestic cruise ship,an optimization design for the subsequent cruise ship’s flange type selection was carried on.Comparing the clamp flange and angle bar flange from the aspects of manufacturing technology,installation technology and economic benefits,the results showed that using clamp flange instead of angle bar flange can not only reduce the weight,but also improve construction efficiency and reduce shipbuilding cost.So it would be recommended to use clamp flange widely for the subsequent cruise ships.
