华人移民网络与我国对外贸易及FDI的动态关系和共同机制研究

摘　　要：将华人移民网络、对外贸易及外商直接投资(FDI)纳入同一分析框架,探讨华人移民网络与其他两者的影响效应与关联机制,基于1990—2019年我国与31个贸易伙伴国的跨国数据构建面板向量自回归(PVAR)模型进行实证检验。研究发现:(1)华人移民网络显著促进我国对外贸易与FDI;(2)华人移民网络对我国FDI及对外贸易有同期的动态影响;(3)分取儒家文化圈的子样本进行异质性检验,华人移民网络对我国对外贸易和FDI流入的促进作用在全样本及非儒家文化圈样本皆显著,儒家文化圈样本则不显著。以上发现符合华人移民网络促进我国对外贸易及FDI源于“社会资本”降低“交易成本”的机制解释。因此,在推动华人移民网络的经贸创造效应时,需对协助凝聚社会资本的扶持政策和鼓励措施给予重视。This paper brings the Chinese migration network,foreign trade and foreign direct investment(FDI)into the same analysis framework,discusses the impact effect and correlation mechanism between the Chinese migration network and the other two,and has an empirical test based on the Panel VAR model constructed by the data of China and 31 trading partner countries from 1990 to 2019.The study found that:(1)the Chinese migration network significantly promotes China’s foreign trade and FDI;(2)the Chinese migration network has a dynamic impact on China’s FDI and foreign trade in the same period;(3)taking the countries with Confucian culture as sub-samples for heterogeneous test,the promotion effect of the Chinese migration network on China’s foreign trade and FDI inflow is significant in both the whole sample and the non-Confucian cultural countries but not in the Confucian cultural countries.The above findings are in line with the mechanism of“social capital”reducing“transaction costs”for the Chinese migration network to promote China’s foreign trade and FDI.So when promoting the economic and trade creation effect of Chinese migration network,we need to pay attention to the relative policies and incentives that focus on the advantages of social capital.
