酸处理法对NaY分子筛膜的影响

摘  要:考察了在酸处理过程中酸的种类、质量分数、酸处理时间和温度对NaY分子筛膜属性和渗透汽化性能的影响.通过XRD、SEM、氮气吸脱附、接触角和热重分析等方法对酸处理前后的NaY分子筛和NaY分子筛膜进行表征.经酸处理后的NaY分子筛膜的Si/Al比和接触角增大,分子筛膜的疏水性和对有机物的吸附作用增强;经酸处理后的NaY分子筛的BET比表面积和孔体积均减小,可阻碍大尺寸MMA分子的透过,从而增强了酸处理后NaY分子筛膜的渗透通量和选择透过性.NaY分子筛膜的最佳酸处理条件是pH值为3的HAc溶液、酸处理温度为25℃、酸处理时间为30 min.经酸处理后的NaY分子筛膜的硅铝比增加了7%.在分离温度为50℃、10 MeOH/MMA混合液的渗透汽化过程中,酸处理过程可改善NaY分子筛膜渗透汽化性能,其中渗透通量增加了71%.The influences of acid type,concentration,acid treatment time and temperature on the NaY zeolite membranes are investigated in this work.XRD,SEM,nitrogen adsorption and desorption,contact angle and other characterization methods are used to analyze NaY zeolite membrane and simulated powder before and after acid treatment.The Si/Al ration and contact angle of the NaY zeolite membrane become large after acid treatment,the hydrophobicity and organic adsorption of the zeolite membrane are enhanced.The BET surface area and pore volume of the NaY zeolite membrane are decreased by acid post-treatment,which can hinder the permeation of large size MMA molecules and enhances the separation performance of the NaY zeolite membrane.The optimum acid treatment conditions are HAc solution(pH=3),acid post-treatment temperature and time are 25℃and 30 min,the Si/Al ratio of NaY zeolite membrane is increased by 7%after acid treatment.For MeOH/MMA solution at 50℃,pervaporation performance of the NaY zeolite membrane is improved by acid treatment,especially,the total flux of the membrane is increased by 71%.
