摘　　要：家庭是社会的最小单元,承担着物质生产与人口再生产功能,国家通过家庭实现社会发展与民族繁衍,也为家庭功能的实现提供相应的支持。对家庭生育(人口再生产)功能的保障包括生殖和抚育两方面,通过保障妇幼健康、女性生殖健康以及女工劳动保护等促进家庭生殖功能的实现,通过产假、哺乳假、生育补贴、照顾津贴、公共托幼服务、家务劳动社会化等方式对家庭的抚育功能给予支持和保障。对家庭生育功能的干预主要是通过计划生育政策、避孕节育、优生优育服务等进行人口数量和人口结构的调整。The family is the smallest unit of society,which is engaged in material production and population reproduction.The state relies on families for social development and national reproduction,and provides support for family functions as well.The protection of family fertile functions includes reproduction and upbringing.It promotes the realization of family reproductive functions through the protection of maternal and child health,female reproductive health,and labor protection for women workers.It provides support and guarantee to the family's nurturing function through maternity leave,breastfeeding leave,maternity subsidies,care allowances,public childcare services and socialization of housework.The interventions of family fertile functions mainly aim at the adjustment of population size and structure through family planning policies,contraception and birth control,and prenatal and postnatal care services.
