摘　　要：世界百年未有之大变局是中国共产党对当前世界局势作出的科学研判。深化对世界百年未有之大变局的学习和理解,须从其理论逻辑、实践逻辑和价值逻辑进行系统审视和科学阐释。一是理论逻辑,要基于生产力与生产关系的矛盾运动、马克思主义关于世界历史的原理对其展开历史唯物主义的考量;要根据矛盾的普遍性和特殊性及其相互关系、矛盾的同一性和斗争性及其相互作用,对其予以辩证唯物主义的省思。二是实践逻辑,帮助党员干部树立正确的世界变局观,提升新时代中国共产党应对世界百年未有之大变局的政治领导力和外交领导力。三是价值逻辑,准确把握世界百年未有之大变局有助于谋划中华民族伟大复兴战略全局,有助于推进中国国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。The great changes unseen in the world for a century is a scientific assessment of the current world situation made by the Communist Party of China.To deepen the study and understanding of the world’s great changes unseen for a century,it is necessary to systematically examine and scientifically explain its theoretical logic,practical logic and value logic.The first is its theoretical logic.Based on the contradictory movement of forces of production and relations of production,and the Marxist theory of the world history,we should launch the historical materialism consideration of the theoretical logic;according to the universality and particularity of contradiction and their mutual relations,and the identity and rivalry of contradiction and their mutual interaction,we should contemplate it in dialectical materialism.The second is the practical logic.We need to help Party members and cadres develop a correct view of the changing world and enhance the CPC’s political and diplomatic leadership in coping with the world’s unprecedented changes in the new era.The third is the value logic.An accurate grasp of the great changes unseen in the world for a century will help us plan the overall strategy for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and promote the modernization of China’s system and capacity for governance.
