典型事故多发公路交叉口安全分析及改善对策

摘　　要：为解决公路交叉口交通安全问题,选取湖北省10处典型的交通事故多发地,通过查阅事故案卷、现场调研等方式,了解事故类型、道路基本情况。并从人、车、路三要素分析事故原因,剖析道路中存在的风险因素与安全隐患。同时从道路规划、道路养护、交通设施3个层面建立事故多发交叉口评价指标体系。结果表明,现有交叉口在道路规划、道路养护、交通设施方面存在问题;从道路设计与运营管理、道路状态、交通控制3个评价指标角度,可采用清理交叉口视区三角区、增设非机动车道加强道路养护、设置交通信号灯或通过设置停车让行标志、标线明确交叉口通行规则等措施改善交叉口现有不足,保障交叉口的交通安全。In order to solve the problem of traffic safety at intersections,according to the current road traffic safety situation,ten typical traffic accident-prone areas in Hubei Province were selected,and the types of accidents and basic road conditions can be understood by consulting accident files and on-site investigations.The causes of accidents were analyzed from the three elements of people,vehicles and roads,and the risk factors and safety hazards that exist in the road were studied.At the same time,an evaluation index system for accident-prone intersections was established from the three levels of road planning,road maintenance,and traffic facilities.The results show that the existing intersections have problems in road planning,road maintenance,and traffic facilities.Starting from the three evaluation indicators of road design and operation management,road status,and traffic control,measures can be taken to improve the existing shortcomings of the intersection and ensure the traffic safety of the intersection,such as cleaning up the triangle area of the intersection view area,adding non-motorized lanes,strengthening road maintenance,setting up traffic lights or setting up stop and giving way signs,marking clear intersection traffic rules and so on.
