摘 要:利用粉煤灰作为加载材料,通过加载絮凝处理含悬浮物矿井水。在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应曲面法优化处理工艺,建立了以浊度去除率为响应值的预测函数,确定了粉煤灰加载絮凝试验的最佳反应条件。结果表明:当粉煤灰投加量为2.0 g/L、絮凝剂PAC投加量为22.8 mg/L、助凝剂PAM投加量为0.5 mg/L时,矿井水的pH值为7.20,上清液浊度降低至2.7 NTU,浊度去除率达到99.27%,与预测值99.45%接近;验证试验与理论模型吻合,回归模型准确可靠;与传统絮凝相比,粉煤灰加载絮凝的药剂投加量较少,去除效率高,投加粉煤灰可调节矿井水pH值并促进絮凝过程;粉煤灰中的微量元素的浸出率较低,未对水体造成二次污染。Fly ash was used as loading material to treat coal mine water containing suspended solids by loading flocculation.Based on single factor test,response surface method was used to optimize the treatment process.A prediction function taking the removal rate of turbidity as response value was established.The optimum reaction conditions of fly ash loading flocculation were determined.The results showed that when the dosage of fly ash was 2.0 g/L,flocculant PAC was 22.8 mg/L and coagulant aid PAM was 0.5 mg/L,the pH of mine water was 7.20 and the turbidity of supernatant was reduced to 2.7 NTU.The removal rate of turbidity reached 99.27%,which was close to the predicted value of 99.45%.The validation test was consistent with the theoretical model,and the regression model was accurate and reliable.Compared with traditional flocculation,the reagent dosage of fly ash loading flocculation was less and the removal rate was higher.The addition of fly ash could adjust the pH value of mine water and promote the flocculation process.Moreover,the leaching rate of trace elements in fly ash was low and would not cause secondary pollution to water.
