摘  要:利用基于直升机总装站位式生产管理而划分工艺分离面的装配指令来提高总装工序并行作业能力和总装生产效率,利用基于CPS信息化管理平台下应运而生的配套卡来提高零件的配套精准度和现场交接效率,这是直升机总装生产现场总装车间自主可控的2个关键因素。以往,首先是总装站位操作工艺分离面不尽合理和工艺装配指令优化不到位,其次是装配指令中的配套清单粗放不准确,最后是没有根据不同成品件的特性和特殊装配的安装特点进一步便利于配套配送与现场交接进行优化。因此,通过梳理优化与细化装配指令和配套卡,推动车间精益生产管理,降低总装车间与物流配送中心的交接劳动强度和交接时间,提高直升机总装生产现场的配套精确度和生产效率。The helicopter assembly concurrent operation ability and production efficiency were improved by using assembly orders of process separation surface based on helicopter assembly station management,and the parts mating accuracy and on-site transfer efficiency were improved by using mating cards based on CPS informatization management platform.The above two points were the two autonomous&controllable key factors in the helicopter assembly shop.In the past,the first thing was that the unreasonable partition of process separation surface and the unperfect optimized assembly order,the second thing was that the low accuracy of assembly mating lists,and the last thing was that the mating delivery and onsite hand over were not optimized according to the characteristics of different finished parts and special installation features.So,by optimization and refining on assembly order and mating list,we promoted lean production management of assembly workshop,reduced the labor intensity and hand over time of works between the assembly shop and the logistics distribution center,and improved matching accuracy and production efficiency of the on-site helicopter assembly production.
