摘 要:弹簧是一种利用弹性来工作的机械零件,在各型号的起落架制造中被广泛使用。某型号起落架首次选用0Cr17Ni7Al材料的不锈钢丝制造拉伸弹簧,该材料具有较高的抗拉强度、优良的耐高温和耐蚀性能,可以在海洋气候等复杂环境以及300℃左右的工作环境条件下使用,但无成熟经验可借鉴。为解决由于经验不足而引起的弹簧加工质量问题,采用分组试验的方法,研究了Φ4.5 mm 0Cr17Ni7Al不锈钢丝性能与时效强化参数的关系,以及加工工艺流程对弹簧加工质量的影响。结果表明:在经过2次时效强化处理的条件下,拉伸弹簧采用多步成型方法,获得较高抗拉强度的同时,可以进一步减小拉伸弹簧变形,提高加工合格率。该方法可用于指导同类型弹簧的加工及制造。The spring was a kind of mechanical part which used elasticity to work,which was widely used in the manufacturing of landing gear of various types.The stainless steel wire of 0Cr17Ni7Al materials was used for the first time to make tension spring for a certain type of landing gear.This material had high tensile strength,excellent high temperature and corrosion resistance,and it could be used in complex environment such as ocean climate and around 300℃working environment,but there was no mature experience for reference.In order to solve the spring processing quality problem caused by lack of experience,the relationship between the performance of Φ4.5 mm 0Cr17Ni7Al stainless steel wire and aging strengthening parameters was studied by means of group experiment,and the effect of processing technology flow on spring processing quality was explored.The results showed that the multi-step forming method could obtain higher tensile strength and further reduce the deformation of the stretch spring,so as to improve the pass rate of processing under the condition of twice aging strengthening.The method could be used to guide the processing and manufacturing of springs of the same type.
