摘  要:兰新客运专线CRH5G型动车组镟修运行15万km后,出现了振动大、轴箱弹簧折断、垂向止档折断等影响行车安全的问题,为了提高动车组运行品质、确保动车组安全,需要进行轮对镟修或钢轨打磨,但提前进行轮对镟修会造成轮对使用寿命降低,因此需研究合理的轮对镟修周期.本文对兰新客运专线CRH5G-5183、CRH5G-5198两组动车组的26次镟修周期及1000条车轮测量数据进行统计分析,对镟修后不同里程动车组横向稳定性与横向平稳性进行分析,按照轮对数据符合标准、横向稳定性与横向平稳性良好的要求,将兰新客运专线CRH5G型动车组轮对镟修周期由原30万km优化到11.5万km至14万km的动态镟修.After running 150000 km,there occurred a number of safety-affecting problems to the CRH5G EMUs on the Lanzhou-Xinjiang passenger dedicated line,such as large vibrations,broken axle box springs and vertical stop damage.In order to improve the operational safety of the EMUs,it is necessary to carry out wheel set lathing or rail grinding.Wheel set lathing in advance will reduce the service life of the wheel set.Therefore,it is necessary to study and find a reasonable cycle for wheel set lathing.This paper makes a statistical analysis of 26 lathing cycles and 1000 sets of wheel measurement data of the CRH5G-5183 and CRH5G-5198 EMUs on Lanzhou-Xinjiang passenger special line,and analyzes the lateral stability and lateral stability of EMUs with different mileages after lathing.According to the requirements that the wheel set data meet the standards and have good lateral stability and lateral stability,the wheel-set lathing cycle of CRH5G EMUs on Lanzhou-Xinjiang passenger line should be optimized from the original 300000 km to 115000-140000 km in terms of dynamic lathing.
