浮针联合活血通络汤治疗梨状肌综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察浮针联合活血通络汤治疗梨状肌综合征的临床效果。方法:42例分为两组各21例,对照组用活血通络汤,治疗组用浮针及活血通络汤。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后疼痛评分(VAS评分)小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:浮针联合活血通络汤治疗梨状肌综合征疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of floating needle combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of piriformis syndrome.Methods:Forty-two cases were divided into two groups,21 cases in each group.The control group were given Huoxue Tongluo Decoction,and the treatment group were treated with Floating Needle and Huoxue Tongluo Decoction.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score(VAS score)in the treatment group after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Floating needling combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction has good curative effect on piriformis syndrome.
