摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合肺功能康复训练改善尘肺病呼吸困难的效果。方法:87例随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均接受药物和肺灌洗治疗,观察组加用针刺结合肺功能康复训练。观察Borg和SGRQ评分、6min步行实验、FEV1、FEV1/FVC%等指标变化。结果:观察组治疗前后的各项指标均有显著改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较其各项指标亦有显著改善(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合肺功能康复训练对改善尘肺病呼吸困难有较好疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with pulmonary function rehabilitation training in improving dyspnea of pneumoconiosis.Methods:Eighty-seven cases were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.Both groups received drugs and lung lavage therapy,and the observation group received acupuncture combined with pulmonary function rehabilitation training in addition.The changes of Borg and SGRQ scores,6 min walking test,FEV1,FEV1/FVC%and other indicators were observed.Results:The indexes before and after treatment in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the indexes of the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with pulmonary function rehabilitation training has a good effect on improving dyspnea of pneumoconiosis.
