集束化中医护理方案防治妊娠剧吐临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察集束化中医护理方案防治妊娠剧吐的临床效果。方法:51例随机分为观察组25例和对照组26例。观察组用集束化中医护理方案,对照组实施常规专科护理。结果:观察组出院时呕吐次数少于对照组(P<0.05),酮体转阴时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:集束化中医护理方案能够较好的缓解剧吐症状,缩短酮体转阴时间。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the clustered traditional Chinese medicine nursing program in the prevention and treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods:Fifty-one cases were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in observation group and 26 cases in control group.The observation group were given the clustered traditional Chinese medicine nursing program while the control group were given routine specific nursing.Results:The times of vomiting in the observation group at discharge were less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the time for ketone body to turn negative was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clustered traditional Chinese medicine nursing program could better relieve the symptoms of hyperemesis,and shorten the time for ketone body to turn negative.
