唐以前产后中风病机及证治方药探析

摘　　要：本文以唐以前的医学典籍为研究对象,探讨产后中风的概念、病机及证治方药。《黄帝内经》首次提出产后被风邪所伤的病理状态,《伤寒论》则明确提出产后中风一名,指出其病机为产后津血亏虚的基础上感受风邪,同时列举了阳旦汤和竹叶汤两首方剂,提示产后中风需在顾护营血基础上进行解表的治疗原则;至隋唐时期,《诸病源候论》拓展了产后中风的范畴并延伸出一系列疾病传变情况,《备急千金要方》和《外台秘要》则记载了相关治疗处方,并可与《诸病源候论》中的病传分类相对应,对当今妇产科疾病治疗具有重要的借鉴意义。This article focuses on the medical classics before the Tang Dynasty and discusses the concept,pathogenesis,and prescriptions of postpartum stroke.The basic concept of being injured by wind evil after giving birth was first mentioned in Inner Canon of Huangdi;Treatise on Febrile Diseases clearly proposes the name of postpartum stroke,pointing out that its basic pathogenesis is to suffer from wind based on postpartum blood loss,also listed two prescriptions of Yangdan decoction and Zhuye decoction,suggesting that postpartum stroke needs to be treated on the basis of good care of Ying blood.In Sui and Tang Dynasties,Zhu Bing Yuan Hon Lun expanded the scope of postpartum stroke.It also extends transmission and transformation conditions of this disease.Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang and Wai Tai Mi Yao record relevant treatment prescriptions,and correspond the classification of disease transmission in Zhu Bing Yuan Hon Lun.Which important reference significance to obstetrics and gynecology diseases treatment.
