从《伤寒论》附子的运用探讨张仲景扶阳之旨

摘　　要：扶阳法是中医学理论体系中的重要组成部分。附子为扶阳之要药,古今善用附子者首推张仲景。《伤寒论》一书中无论是三阳证或者是三阴证辨治皆体现了张仲景重视阳气、扶助阳气的思想。本文以《伤寒论》中附子的配伍、剂量、炮制、煎煮为线索,从解表实卫以密阳、驱邪温经以通阳、补火暖脏以温阳、破阴救逆以回阳、引火归元以潜阳、救阴存津以化阳六个方面探讨扶阳法内涵,以期拓展扶阳法的临床运用思路。Strengthening Yang method is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine system.Aconite is the essential medicine for strengthening Yang Qi and ZHANG Zhong-jing is also known as"the make good use of Aconite".His thought of emphasizeing and supporting Yang Qi is reflected in<Shanghanlun>.In order to enrich the meaning of Strengthening Yang and to expand the clinical application of Strengthening Yang methods.We will discuss his thought from relieve exterior syndrome and enrich defensive Qi to dense Yang Qi,remove the pathogens and warm dredge the meridians to circulate Yang Qi,eliminate cold evil and reverse the upward running direction of Yang Qi,guide Yang Qi return to the original residence,preserve body fluids to neutralize the Yang Qi based on comprehensive the compatibility,dosage,processing,decocting and other characteristics of aconite in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
