摘　　要：湿疹是皮肤科常见的炎症性、变态反应性疾病,可由多种病因病机导致,伏燥即为其一。机体正气亏虚致外感燥邪未被及时祛除而内伏,影响肺主皮毛及宣发功能;或阴虚体质助燥潜伏,伏燥逐渐消耗体内阴液,肌肤失于濡养从而诱发湿疹。若内伏之燥久郁可产生化风、化火、化湿、化瘀等病机演化,从而加重湿疹症状。本文就伏燥与湿疹相关性展开论述,认为其可从多方面对湿疹发病及临床诊疗产生影响,在预防和治疗湿疹的过程中占有重要地位,这不仅可以丰富中医“伏邪温病”的理论基础,也可为防治湿疹提供新的思路。Eczema is a common inflammatory and allergic disease in dermatology,which can result from a variety of causes,and latent dryness is one of them.The deficiency of vital Qi causes exogenous pathogenic dryness to be not eliminated in time and lurks in the body,effecting the function of lung in controlling skin and ascent;or dryness tends to lurk in Yin constitution deficiency,can consume body fluid and the skin loses nourishment,which can induce eczema.If the internal latent dryness stays in the body for a long time,it can cause pathogenesis evolution such as wind syndrome,fire syndrome,dampness syndrome,and stasis syndrome,which may aggravate the symptoms of eczema.This article discusses the correlation between latent dryness and eczema,and believes that it can affect the incidence and clinical diagnosis and treatment of eczema from many aspects,and it plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of eczema.This can not only enrich the theoretical basis of TCM“incubative pathogenic febrile diseases”,but also provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of eczema.
