摘 要:为解决冬季严寒地区道路存在结冰积雪导致的交通事故问题,依据电流热效应(焦耳定律),采用AC-10级配设计浇注式导电沥青混凝土,在持续通电条件下使路面升温,从而达到消除积雪的目的。研究结果表明:碳纤维掺量为0.4%,石墨烯掺量为0.5%,油石比为10.5%时,制备出的车辙板试件动稳定度为1089次/mm,小梁试件弯曲极限应变为8.56×10^(-9);车辙板试件电阻为336Ω,输入功率为7.44 W时温度升高为5.3℃,融冰雪效率为78.85%。最佳掺量为碳纤维0.4%+石墨烯0.5%的沥青混凝土发热及融冰雪效率最佳,高温稳定性及低温抗裂性能显著提高。In order to solve the traffic accidents caused by ice and snow on roads in cold regions in winter,according to the current heat effect(Joule's law),castable conductive asphalt concrete with AC-10 gradation was designed to heat up the road surface under the condition of continuous electricity,so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating snow.The results show that when the content of carbon fiber is 0.4%,the content of graphene is 0.5%,and the ratio of oil to stone is 10.5%,the dynamic stability of the rut plate specimen was 1089(times/mm),and the bending limit strain of trabecular specimen was 8.56×10^(-9).The resistance of the rut board specimen was 336Ω,the temperature rose to 5.3℃when the input power was 7.44 W,and the melting efficiency was 78.85%.Therefore,the asphalt concrete with the best content of 0.4%carbon fiber+0.5%graphene has the best heating and melting efficiency,and its high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance are improved.
