摘  要:为了实现增湿塔降温降尘的目的,一般采用向增湿塔内喷水的方法。利用水分蒸发吸热原理,来达到降温的目的。喷水工艺先后经历了高压回流式、高压直喷式及低压双流体三个阶段,其中低压双流体雾化效果好,节省投资,运行成本低,成为近十年来大家普遍采用的方案,受到用户的一致好评。In order to realize the purpose of cooling and dust removal of conditioning tower,we sprayed water into the conditioning tower.The principle is heat absorption by evaporation of water to achieve the purpose of cooling and dust removal.The process experienced three stages:high pressure backflow,high pressure direct injection and low pressure double fluid.The effect of double fluid atomization was very good.It saved investment and had low operating cost.It was widely adopted in the past decade and was well received by users.
