摘　　要：该文主要论述玻璃生产线输送辊制造中,轴头与钢管实现全部自动化焊接的设备。该设备实现了输送辊自动上料,焊枪精确定位,轴头、钢管自动焊接,输送辊自动卸料的全自动化过程。This paper mainly discusses the equipment through which fully automatic welding is realized between spindle head and steel pipe when manufacturing conveying roller of glass production line.By using this equipment,automatic loading of the conveying roller,precise positioning of the welding burner,automatic welding of spindle head and steel pipe,and full automatic unloading of the conveying roller can be realized.
