摘　　要：设计了基于ZigBee无线通信技术的PLC控制系统,硬件方面,选取中央处理器作为核心,将每个硬件模块安插到母板,组成PLC控制系统整体结构,优化ZigBee无线通信扩展板,改造扩展板外围电路结构,利用振荡电路和滤波电路,过滤电路波动,控制电源电压在3.3~5.5 V;软件方面,优化系统数据采集的预处理算法,采用ZigBee无线通信技术,设置ZigBee通信协议,规范系统通信格式。选取400 m^(2)封闭式工作环境进行系统测试,布置噪声环境、冲击环境、高温环境.结果表明,设计系统相比常规系统,针对不同环境干扰,都减少了系统运行功耗,电源供应更加稳定充足。The design of PLC control system based on ZigBee wireless communication technology is proposed.In terms of hardware,the CENTRAL processing unit(CPU)is selected as the core,and each hardware module is inserted into the mother board to form the overall structure of the PLC control system.The ZigBee wireless communication expansion board is optimized,and the peripheral circuit structure of the expansion board is transformed.The oscillating circuit and filtering circuit are used to filter the circuit fluctuation and control the power supply voltage between 3.3 V and 5.5 V.In terms of software,the pre-processing algorithm of system data collection is optimized,the ZigBee wireless communication technology is adopted,the ZigBee communication protocol is set up,and the communication format of the system is standardized.Select 400 m^(2) closed working environment for the system test,decorate a noise environment,the impact on the environment,high temperature environment,the results show that the designed system compared to the conventional system,according to different environment interference,is to reduce the power system operation,sufficient power supply more stable.
