摘 要:为解决邻近工作面采动影响下3213运输巷煤帮变形显著问题,基于3215工作面开采后覆岩的结构特征,确定了基本顶断裂位置,分析了煤柱变形破坏机制,提出了高预紧力和注浆改性的煤帮变形控制思路,根据3213运输巷地质条件设计了技术参数。现场监测结果表明,提出的破碎煤帮稳定性控制技术实施效果良好,可有效控制巷道围岩的稳定性,顶底板移近量降低了81.4%,两帮移近量降低了79.6%。研究成果为类似条件矿井采动影响破碎煤帮变形控制提供指导。In order to solve the problem of significant coal wall deformation of 3213 transportation roadway under the influence of mining in adjacent working face,based on the structural characteristics of overburden after mining in 3215 working face,the fracture position of basic roof is determined,the deformation and failure mechanism of coal pillar is analyzed,the idea of coal wall deformation control with high preload and grouting modification is put forward,and the technical parameters are designed according to the geological conditions of 3213 transportation roadway.The field monitoring results show that the implementation effect of the proposed broken coal slope stability control technology is good,which can effectively control the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.The roof and floor displacement is reduced by 81.4%,and the two sides displacement is reduced by 79.6%.The research results provide guidance for the deformation control of broken coal slope affected by mining under similar conditions.
