摘  要:风力发电机机组塔架法兰的螺栓松动会严重影响风力发电机机组的运行安全。为此应用法兰间隙法监测螺栓松动,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对风力发电机机组的塔架法兰间隙进行有限元仿真分析,探究法兰间隙分布规律、螺栓松动与法兰间隙的关系、法兰间隙与螺栓受力关系,阐述法兰间隙的仿真分析结果及监测结果的结合应用,为风电机组的安全分析提供相关建议。The bolts loosening of the wind turbine tower flange will seriously affect the operation safety of the wind turbine.Therefore,the flange gap method is used to monitor the bolt looseness,and the finite element simulation analysis of the tower flange gap of wind turbine is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to explore the distribution law of flange gap,the relationship between bolt looseness and flange gap,and the relationship between flange gap and bolt stress.The results of simulation analysis of flange clearance and the application of monitoring results are introduced to provide relevant suggestions for safety analysis of wind turbines.
