摘 要:电力设备绝缘在电、热、力及环境因素的长期作用下会出现绝缘老化、破损等现象,影响电力设备绝缘的安全稳定运行。紫外检测技术可有效监测在线运行电力设备绝缘的局部放电现象,且无需设备停电,便于及时开展电力设备的后续监测和防护工作。为此采用紫外成像技术,分析了变电站电力设备不同绝缘表面的局部放电现象。检测结果表明,站内多个支柱绝缘和套管均存在不同程度的局部放电现象,并根据10 m标准测量距离下光子数折算均值指出变电站内#2主变的B相主变侧支柱绝缘子和站内三相悬挂绝缘子串的局部放电现象最明显,局部放电强度较高,应加强监测。The insulation of power equipment will experience insulation aging and breakage under the long-term action of electricity,heat,force,and environmental factors,which will affect the safe and stable operation of the insulation of power equipment.Ultraviolet detection technology can effectively monitor the partial discharge phenomenon of the insulation of online power equipment,without the need for equipment power outages,and facilitate timely follow-up monitoring and protection of power equipment.Therefore,the phenomenon of partial discharge on different insulation surfaces of substation power equipment is analyzed by UV imaging technology.The test results show that there are different degrees of partial discharge in many pillar insulation and bushing in the station.According to the converted mean value of photon number under 10 m standard measurement distance,it is pointed out that the partial discharge phenomenon of B-phase main transformer side post insulator and three-phase suspension insulator string in the substation is the most obvious,and the partial discharge intensity is high,so the monitoring should be strengthened.
