摘　　要："白银炉"是20世纪70年代白银公司自主研发出的具有独立知识产权的硫化铜精矿双侧吹熔炼炉。它是从反射炉发展起来的一种侧吹式固定床熔炼炉,可直接将硫化铜精矿等炉料投入熔池进行造锍熔炼。历经多次改造,各项技术经济指标逐步完善,趋于成熟,但通过多年的生产实践表明,新型白银炉熔炼区热修、挖补频次多,影响作业率。本次改造通过研究论证、调整并优化生产工艺参数、炉体砌筑改造等技术手段,白银熔池熔炼技术指标较以往相比均取得突破。"The New Baiyin Furnace"is a double-side blowing smelting furnace of copper sulfide concentrate independently developed by Baiyin company with independent intellectual property rights in 1970s.It is a side-blowing fixed bed melting furnace developed from the reflector furnace,which can directly put charge such as copper sulfide concentrate into the molten pool for matte smelting.After many changes,various technical and economic indicators have been gradually improved and become mature.However,many years of production practice shows that the frequency of hot repair and repair in the new silver smelting area is more and more,which affects the operation rate.Through research and demonstration,adjustment and optimization of production process parameters,furnace masonry reconstruction and other technical means;the technical index of Baiyin smelting pool has made a breakthrough.
