摘 要:对含砷、锑成分高的难处理金精矿,采用湿法碱性浸出锑,含锑富液电积生产阴极锑,分离锑后的浸渣焙烧+氰化浸出回收金银,最大限度的回收金、银和锑等有价金属。冶炼过程产生含酸碱及重金属废水和各种贫液,车间存在大量在线液体。采用预处理回收有价金属,污水站采用石灰-铁盐法处理生产废水,将生产废水处理后全部回用于工艺生产,解决了难处理金矿冶炼过程中的废水污染问题。For refractory gold concentrate with high content of arsenic and antimony,wet alkaline leaching was used to extract antimony,cathodic antimony was produced by electrodeposition of rich liquid containing antimony,and gold and silver were recovered by roasting leaching residue after antimony separation and cyanidation leaching to recover gold,silver and antimony and other valuable metals to the maximum extent.Smelting process produces wastewater containing acid,alkali and heavy metals and various lean liquid,there is a large amount of liquid in the workshop.The project adopts pretreatment and recovery of valuable metals,and the sewage station adopts lime-iron salt method to treat production wastewater,and all the production wastewater after treatment is used for process production,which solves the wastewater pollution problem in the smelting process of refractory gold mine.
