摘  要:介绍了火焰切割与液压剪在连铸方坯上的应用情况,连铸钢坯液压剪技术替代丙烷火焰切割钢坯技术,吨钢切割成本由1.15元降低至0.59元,切割时间由30 s降低至8 s。钢坯液压剪切采用的是物理式剪切,全程不产生切屑,不存在割缝的金属损失和钢坯底部粘熔渣现象,真正实现了零割损、零排放、提高成材率作用,是一项安全高效的钢坯离断技术。The application of flame cutting and hydraulic shear in continuous casting billet is introduced.The hydraulic shear technology for continuous casting billet replaces propane flame cutting technology.The cutting cost per ton of steel is reduced from 1.15 yuan to 0.56 yuan,and the cutting time is reduced from 30 s to 8 s.The hydraulic shearing of billet adopts physical shearing,which does not produce chips in the whole process,metal loss of slotting and slag sticking at the bottom of billet.It truly realizes zero cutting loss,zero discharge and improves the yield.It is a safe and efficient billet breaking technology.
