摘　　要：简要阐述了镀锡基板的两种点状锈蚀宏观特征和微观特征,通过分析点锈机理对锡板连退线点状锈蚀和污染源进行排查,找出镀锡基板点状锈蚀的根本原因,同时提出了防止锈蚀的解决方法,有效改进了镀锡基板点锈缺陷。This paper briefly expounds the macro and micro characteristics of two kinds of spot corrosion of tinned substrate,investigates the spot corrosion and pollution source of tinplate connecting and withdrawing line by analyzing the spot corrosion mechanism,finds out the root cause of spot corrosion of tinned substrate,puts forward the solutions to prevent corrosion,and effectively improves the spot rust defects of tinned substrate.
