摘　　要：统计分析K16A型矿石漏斗车中枕梁结合部裂损故障,对影响其性能的因素如结构型式、运行受力、制造工艺等因素进行了探讨,对K16A型矿石漏斗车构架裂损原因进行了分析,并提出应对措施。This paper makes a statistical analysis on the crack failure of the tie beam joint of K16 A ore hopper car,and probes into the factors influencing its performance,such as structure type,operation force,manufacturing process,etc.It is concluded that the low welding quality is the main reason for the crack failure of K16 A ore hopper car frame,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
