摘　　要：主要论述有色冶金实验室样品的管理及制备。有色冶金实验室主要针对有色行业的矿石样品、生产过程中产生的水样、选矿生产的粉末样品及冶金产品样品的化验分析。实验室样品管理的目的是保证样品在实验室检测过程中的有效性与完整性,因此必须对样品的流转、存贮及处置进行有效的控制,确保分析检测结果的准确可靠。样品制备是实验室开始样品检测的首要工作,是分析检测的基础,样品制备不规范,分析结果就没有代表性。样品的流转贯穿整个检测工作,样品的入库贮存标志着样品的检测工作已经完成。Mainly discusses the management and preparation of samples in nonferrous metallurgy laboratory.Nonferrous metallurgy laboratory mainly focuses on the analysis and testing of ore samples in nonferrous industry,water samples produced in production process,powder samples produced by beneficiation and metallurgical product samples.The purpose of laboratory sample management is to ensure the effectiveness and integrity of samples in the laboratory testing process.Therefore,the circulation,storage and disposal of samples must be effectively controlled to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analysis and testing results.Sample preparation is the primary work for the laboratory to start sample detection and the basis of analysis and detection.If the sample preparation is not standardized,the analysis results are not representative.The circulation of samples runs through the whole testing work,and the warehousing and storage of samples indicates that the testing work of the samples has been completed.
