摘　　要：运用博弈论理论,构建“地方政府—农药生产企业—农户”三方协同回收演化博弈模型,并用Matlab软件进行仿真分析,探索三方演化均衡策略和主要驱动因素。研究表明:政府选择监督、企业选择主动参与循环产业链建设以及农户选择绿色行为可以推动农药包装废弃物回收;三主体的行为策略相互影响,地方政府的策略选择主要受监督成本等自身因素的影响;企业主要受自身参与成本、政府补贴和被动参与的罚款以及政府策略选择的影响;农户主要受自身参与成本以及自身环保意识的影响。研究结果为政府制定农药包装废弃物回收处置政策、促进企业主动参与回收产业链建设以及农户的绿色行为提供参考,助力乡村生态振兴建设。This paper builds a“local government-pesticide production company-farmer”tripartite collaborative recycling game model and uses Matlab software to perform a simulation analysis to explore the tripartite evolutionary equilibrium strategy and key driving factors.The results show that:The government's choice of supervision,the choice of actively participating in the construction of recycling industrial chain by companies and the choice of green behavior by farmers can promote the recycling of pesticide packaging waste.The behavioral strategies of the three entities influence each other.The strategic choices of local governments are mainly influenced by their own factors,such as supervision costs;companies are mainly influenced by their own participation cost,government subsidies,fines for passive participation,and government strategy choice.The farmers are mainly affected by their own participation costs and environmental awareness.The results of the study provide references for governments to formulate policies for recycling and disposal of pesticide packaging waste,promoting the active participation of companies in the construction of the recycling industrial chain and the green behavior of farmers,and helping build rural ecological revitalization.
