温度对可回收沥青路面填料蠕变特性的影响

摘  要:为了研究温度对可回收沥青路面填料蠕变特性的影响,开展温度分别为0、20、35℃的直剪试验及直剪蠕变试验,并通过修正土的三参数经验模型,建立考虑温度影响的可回收沥青路面挡墙填料蠕变方程。结果表明:可回收沥青路面填料的黏聚力随着试验温度的升高而线性减小,当竖向应力相同时,试验温度越高,则可回收沥青路面填料抗剪强度越小;当蠕变时间和剪应力比相同时,试验温度高的剪应变随时间的对数变化曲线均位于试验温度低的曲线上方;在较大剪应力比和较高试验温度工况下,可回收沥青路面试样容易发生蠕变破坏,表现为剪应变和蠕变速率快速增大。To research effect of temperature on creep characteristics of recycled asphalt pavement backfills,direct shear and direct shearcreep tests were conducted at different temperatures of 0℃,20℃,and 35℃.By modifying the three-parameter empirical model of soil,a creep equation of recyclable asphalt pavement retaining wall backfills considering influence of temperature was established.The results show that cohesion of recycled asphalt pavement backfills decreases linearly with increase of the test temperature.At the same vertical stress,the higher the test temperature is,the less the shear strain of recycled asphalt pavement backfills is.With the same creep time and shear stress ratio,logarithm curves of shear strain versus time at greater test temperatures are above those at lower test temperatures.Under the condition of greater shear stress ratio and higher test temperature,recycled asphalt pavement specimens are prone to behave creep rupture,which is characterized by rapid increase of shear strain and creep rate.
