摘  要:【目的】对无患子Sapindus mukorossi和川滇无患子S.delavayi进行嫩枝扦插育苗,旨在研究适于不同种无患子的扦插繁殖技术。【方法】于2017年6月1日清晨分别采集位于福建省三明市建宁县的无患子家系种质资源圃3年生福建无患子1号优树及四川川滇无患子6号优树的嫩枝,分别经清水和质量浓度200 mg/L的GGR6处理插穗根部1 h后于当天开展嫩枝扦插对比试验。于2017年11月1日统计成活率并采集样品,测定扦插苗各部分(根、茎、叶)的生物量、根系指标(总根长、根表面积、根体积和根平均直径)和营养元素(氮、磷)的含量。【结果】经清水处理的川滇无患子嫩枝插穗扦插成活率为0,无患子为3.95%,而经GGR6处理过的无患子嫩枝插穗扦插成活率最高可达40.08%,川滇无患子仅为17.74%。与清水对照相比,GGR6显著提高了两种无患子根、茎、叶生物量及总生物量,且无患子的总生物量及根、茎、叶各部分生物量均略高于川滇无患子。经GGR6处理过的两种无患子根、叶含氮量及含磷量显著高于清水对照组,且无患子嫩枝扦插苗根含磷量约为川滇无患子的2倍。此外,GGR6处理较清水对照处理显著促进了两种无患子嫩枝扦插苗的根系生长。【结论】在目前的激素处理下,无患子较川滇无患子更适合进行嫩枝扦插扩繁,无患子与川滇无患子嫩枝扦插幼苗生长受遗传信息影响高于环境因子影响,基质中速效磷含量对无患子嫩枝扦插至关重要,这为今后研究无患子扦插繁殖技术体系提供了参考依据。【Objective】In this work,the softwood cutting seedlings of Sapindus mukorossi and S.delavayi were used for cultivation,aiming to study the technique of cutting propagation suitable for different Sapindus species.【Method】In the early morning of June 1,2017,the cutting samples were collected from Sapindus species located at the germplasm repository in Jianning County,Sanming City,Fujian Province.They were including the three-year-old S.mukorossi No.1 superior tree from Fujian and the three-year-old S.delavayi No.6 superior tree from Sichuan.The roots of the cuttings were treated with clear water and 200 mg/L GGR6 for 1 h before the comparative tests.The survival rate,biomass(roots,stems and leaves),root growth(total root length,root surface area,root volume and root average diameter)and nutrient contents(nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P))of the samples were determined on November 1,2017.【Result】The survival rates of the S.mukorossi and S.delavayi cutting seedlings treated with clear water were 0 and 3.95%,respectively.Whereas,after the treatment with 200 mg/L GGR6,survival rates of the S.mukorossi cutting seedlings was up to 40.08%,and S.delavayi was only 17.74%.Besides,the total biomass and biomass of roots,stems and leaves of the two Sapindus significantly increased after GGR6 treatment,and the biomass of S.mukorossi was slightly higher.With GGR6 treatment,N and P contents in both roots and leaves of the two Sapindus were significantly higher than those of the control group,and P contents in leaves and roots of the S.mukorossi cutting seedlings were twice of that of S.delavayi.Furthermore,compared to the control group,GGR6 significantly promoted the growth of roots of the two Sapindus.【Conclusion】1)Under the current hormone treatment,S.mukorossi is more suitable for cutting propagation in comparison with S.delavayi.2)The growth of cutting seedlings of S.mukorossi and S.delavayi are much more affected by genetic information than environmental factors.3)Available P content in the substrate is important fo
