摘 要:【目的】通过对不同品种薄壳山核桃光合参数等叶片相关指标的研究,探索其在重庆地区的光合能力及生理适应性差异,明晰薄壳山核桃叶片光合参数与其他叶片特征参数的相关关系,为薄壳山核桃的栽培及选育利用提供科学依据。【方法】以8个薄壳山核桃品种为试验材料,测定其5年生幼树的叶片比叶质量(SLW),叶绿素(Chl)含量及氮、磷、钾含量,并利用Li-6800便携式光合仪测定光响应、CO;响应曲线。【结果】1)8个薄壳山核桃品种的光合特征参数在品种间有所不同;光合能力以‘YLC35’最强,‘YLC13’次之,‘YLJ042’‘YLJ5’最弱;CO;利用效率以‘YLC35’‘YLC13’最高,‘YLC29’‘Mahan’最低。2)各品种的单位质量叶氮(N_(mass))、单位质量叶钾(K_(mass))、光合氮素利用效率(PNUE)、光合磷素利用效率(PPUE)、SLW、Chl含量、光合氮分配比例存在差异。‘YLC35’的Chl含量、N_(mass)均最高,且其具有最大PNUE及光合氮分配比例。3)薄壳山核桃叶片的最大净光合速率(P_(max))与Chl含量、分配到羧化系统的氮(P;)呈显著正相关;PNUE与P;呈显著正相关,与SLW呈显著负相关。【结论】相较于其他品种,‘YLC35’对本地环境适应性更强,其具有最大的光合潜能、高效的资源捕捉及利用能力。叶片部分特征参数是影响薄壳山核桃光合能力的重要因素,更高的叶绿素含量及光合氮分配比例提高了薄壳山核桃的光合效率。【Objective】Through the characterization of photosynthetic parameters and other leaf-related indicators,this study aimed to determine the differences in photosynthetic capacity and physiological adaptability of different pecan(Carya illinoensis)varieties in Chongqing,as well as the correlation between the photosynthetic characteristics and other physiological traits of pecan leaf tissues.The research has provided a theoretical basis for the cultivation,breeding,and utilization of pecans.【Method】In this study,eight pecan varieties in Chongqing were used as test samples to determine the specific leaf weight(SLW),chlorophyll(Chl),nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium content of their 5-year-old leaf tissues.Meanwhile,the light response and CO_(2) response curves were determined by using the Li-6800 portable photosynthetic apparatus.【Result】(1)The photosynthetic parameters were significantly different among eight varieties.The photosynthetic capacity was the strongest in‘YLC35’,followed by‘YLC13’,‘YLJ042’,and the lowest in‘YLJ5’.The CO2 utilization efficiency was the highest in‘YLC35’and‘YLC13’,while the lowest was in‘YLC29’and‘Mahan’.(2)There were significant differences in mass-based leaf nitrogen concentration(N_(mass)),mass-based leaf potassium concentration(K_(mass)),photosynthetic nitrogen utilization efficiency(PNUE),photosynthetic phosphorus utilization efficiency(PNUE),SLW,chlorophyll content,and photosynthetic nitrogen distribution ratio of the eight varieties.The analyses indicated the highest chlorophyll content,N_(mass),PNUE and photosynthetic nitrogen distribution ratio in‘YLC35’.(3)The maximum net photosynthetic rate(P_(max))of pecan leaves was significantly positively correlated with Chl content and nitrogen allocated to carboxylation(PC);PNUE was significantly positively correlated with PC,and negatively correlated with SLW.【Conclusion】Compared with other varieties,‘YLC35’was more adaptable to the local environment,which exhibited the highest photosy
