摘 要:随着高通量卫星通信业务需求迅猛增长,多波束天线馈源阵的一体化、小型化、集成化及轻量化设计制造技术成为制约其应用的关键因素。针对每波束7馈源合成的单口径多馈源的多波束馈源阵列无源器件数量大、级联复杂、结构包络小、无法采用传统方法设计加工等特点,提出了馈源阵列剖分设计、分层结构连接及压紧的设计方法,给出了剖分结构的加工方案选择及基于精度匹配的厚度补偿装配实现方法,为该类馈源阵列在宽带高通量卫星下的应用提供了技术支持。With the rapid growth of high throughput satellite communication service demand,the integration,miniaturization and lightweight design and manufacturing technologies of multi-beam antenna feed array have become the key factors restricting its application.In view of the characteristics of single-aperture multi-beam feed array(7 feeds per beam),such as large number of passive components,complex cascade and small structure envelop,and unable to be designed and processed by traditional methods,this paper proposes a design method of feed assembly subdivision design,hierarchical structure connection and compaction.The machining scheme selection of the subdivision structure and the assembly method of thickness compensation based on precision matching are presented,which provide technical support for the application of this kind of feed assembly in broadband,wide coverage,high throughput satellite.
