摘 要:在太赫兹波段,天线器件的特征结构尺寸已达到亚毫米量级,且加工精度要求极高,制造工艺能力的提升对于天线技术的发展尤为必要。以我国未来新型遥感载荷的研制需求为例,重点介绍了太赫兹天线系统前端喇叭馈源、频率选择表面、极化栅网等关键馈电器件的制造工艺技术研究进展,针对器件精细结构的尺寸加工要求,给出相应合理可行的工艺技术方案,并对可行性进行了充分的论证与说明,研究成果可为后续同类型天线产品的研制提供有益的工程经验和技术支持。In the terahertz frequency band,the characteristic structure size of antnena devices has reached the sub-millimeter scale.The requirements of processing accuracy are very difficult.Hence,the improvement of manufacturing capacity is particularly necessary for the development of antenna technology.Based on the developmental requirements of future space remote sensing payload in China,this paper focues on the research process of manufacturing technology of key components of terahertz antenna system,such as feed horn,frequency selective surface,and polarization grid.Refer to processing requirements of the device's fine structure,the feasible technological proposal has been given and well demonstrated.The research results can provide useful engineering experience and technical support for the subsequent development of the similar antenna products.
