摘 要:金精矿焙烧过程中产生的含金粉尘是一种有价值的二次金资源。在矿物学分析的基础上,研究了不同预处理方法对含金粉尘氰化脱除有害元素和提金的影响。结果表明,该粉尘属于难处理金矿石,砷、碳、铁对提金的不利影响是导致提金率低的主要原因。当NaOH浓度为6 moL/L时,对砷和碳的去除率分别为99.7%和60.6%;金浸提率为58.9%,仅比直接氰化提高了4.60%;在H_(2)SO_(4)质量分数为15%时,铁、砷和碳的去除率分别为33.7%、80.4%和12.6%,金的萃取率达到80.4%;在650℃、0.2 m^(3)/h气流速率下焙烧4 h后,砷和碳的去除率分别为54.7%和95.0%,金的提金率达到84.5%。结果表明,碳对金从尘埃中浸出的影响最大,其次是铁和砷。Gold dust produced during baking is a valuable secondary gold resource.Based on mineralogy analysis,the influence of different pretreatment methods on cyanide removal of harmful elements and gold in gold dust is studied.The results show that the dust is refractory gold ore,and the adverse effects of arsenic,carbon and iron are the main cause of the low lifting rate.When the NaOH concentration was 6 mol/L,the removal rate of arsenic and carbon was 99.7 and 60.6%,respectively;the gold extraction rate was 58.9%,only 4.60%higher than direct cyanide.At a H_(2)SO_(4) concentration of 15 wt%,the removal rates of iron,arsenic,and carbon were 33.7%,80.4%,and 12.6%,respectively,and the gold extraction rates reached 80.4%.After roasting for 4 h at an airflow rate of 650℃and 0.2 m^(3) h^(-1),the removal rate of arsenic and carbon was 54.7 and 95.0%,respectively,and gold rates reached 84.5%.These results suggest that carbon has the greatest effect on gold leaching from the dust,followed by iron and arsenic.
