摘 要:真空断路器的预击穿过程对选相关合电容器组的精确性有显著影响。针对杯状纵磁触头和卍字形横磁触头真空断路器,主要研究其容性预击穿时间及其分散性对选相关合电容器组的影响。通过实验测量了杯状纵磁触头和卍字形横磁触头真空断路器关合5 kA涌流时的预击穿时间,并计算其分散性。通过40.5 kV三相投切背靠背电容器组仿真回路,计算两种相控关合方式的涌流幅值。相较于杯状纵磁触头,卍字形横磁触头真空断路器有更小的预击穿时间及其分散性。相较于以真空灭弧室触头闭合时间为基准的选相方式,以预击穿时间为基准的选相方式更有利于抑制涌流。The prestrike characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker(VCB)have a significant effect on the accuracy controlled switching capacitor banks.The effects of prestrike time and scattering in the VCB on the accuracy of the controlled switching capacitor banks are studied.The VCBs are cup-type AMF VCB and spiral-type TMF VCB.The prestrike time of the cup-type AMF VCB and the spiral-type TMF VCB is measured by experiments and its dispersion is calculated.Through 40.5 kV three-phase switching back-to-back capacitor bank simulation circuit,the inrush current amplitude of two controlled switching modes is calculated.Compared with the cup-type AMF VCB,the spiral-type TMF VCB has smaller prestrike time and dispersion.Compared with the phase selection method based on the closure time of the contact in the VCB,the phase selection method based on the prestrike time is more favorable to suppress inrush current.
