摘 要:采用不同生产工艺制备了系列高牌号AgSnO_(2)、AgCdO触头材料,对比分析了高牌号新工艺制备Ag/SnO_(2)与多种工艺(内氧化和预氧化)制备Ag/CdO材料的物理性能及其微观组织,开展了不同电流等级的交流接触器上电寿命服役循环寿命、接触温升等性能评价,并探究了其电寿命失效微观机制。实验结果表明,在低电流等级32 A和高电流等级95 A接触器应用测试中,高牌号Ag/SnO_(2)(15)电接触材料相比于传统高牌号AgCdO材料,电寿命服役循环寿命次数较高,寿命较长。A series of high-grade AgSnO_(2) and AgCdO electrical contact materials were prepared by different manufacturing processes.The physical properties and microstructure of AgSnO_(2) synthesized by pre-oxidation and AgCdO prepared by various processes(internal oxidation and pre-oxidation)were compared and analyzed.The performance of different current levels AC contactor of service cycle life and contact temperature rise and so on were also carried out and the corresponding mechanism of life failure was also investigated.The experimental results show that the high grade AgSnO_(2)(15)electrical contact material has better service life compared with the traditional high grade AgCdO material in the application test of low current grade 32 A and high current grade 95 A contactors.
