摘　　要：介绍了一种机车车载安全监测系统,通过对监测数据的采集和分析,可以实现对机车整体安全状态的实时监测。文章重点分析了该系统的转向架车载监测子系统,通过对转向架关键部件温度和振动数据的采集和分析,可以了解转向架关键部件的安全状态以及预测未来可能会发生故障的部件,提前做好预防性维修,将机车存在的隐患消除在萌芽状态,为机车的安全性与可靠性提供重要保障。This paper introduces a locomotive on-board safety monitoring system.Through the collection and analysis of monitoring data,the real-time monitoring of the overall locomotive health status can be realized.The paper focuses on the analysis of the bogie on-board monitoring subsystem of the system.Through the collection and analysis of the temperature and vibration data of the key components of the bogie,the safety status of the key components of the bogie and the prediction of the components that may fail in the future can be understood,and the preventive maintenance can be achieved in advance.Eliminating the hidden dangers of the locomotive in the bud,which provides an important guarantee for the safety and reliability of the locomotive.
