摘  要:自身免疫性疾病(AID)导致机体部分或全身组织损伤和功能障碍,严重影响人类健康。目前,在AID发生发展过程中缺乏早期特异性诊断和监控病情的生物标志物,导致AID患者不能得到及时有效的治疗,影响其预后。而脂质组学通过对生物体中脂质的种类、功能和代谢途径进行系统性研究,从机体脂质代谢途径寻找生物标志物。随着对AID研究的不断深入,脂质组学在AID生物标志物研究方面取得一定进展,未来其将为AID的发病机制、早期诊断和临床治疗等提供新途径。Autoimmune diseases(AID)cause partial or systemic tissue damage and dysfunction,which seriously affect human health.At present,there is a lack of biomarkers for early specific diagnosis and monitoring in the occurrence and development of AID,which leads to the failure of timely and effective treatment of the patients,affecting their prognosis.Lipidomics conducts systematic research on the types,functions,and metabolic pathways of lipids in organisms to find biomarkers from lipid metabolism pathways in the body.With the continuously deepening analysis on AID,lipidomics has made some progress in the development of AID biomarkers,which will provide new approaches in the pathogenesis research,early diagnosis,and clinical treatment of AID in the future.
