摘  要:自主神经系统(ANS)在形态功能和生长发育方面均与血管联系密切,可调节血管功能。在冠心病的发生发展过程中,ANS可通过调节血管张力以及调控炎症反应参与冠状动脉粥样硬化的进程,而血管也可通过分泌活性物质调节ANS,因此ANS与血管之间的紧密联系是冠心病诊断和治疗的关键靶点。近年来,随着诊断技术的发展,临床对冠心病患者的诊疗水平也显著提高,但目前的检查技术并未将ANS与冠状动脉功能有效联系起来,未来深入研究ANS与冠状动脉生理学功能之间的联系可以为冠心病患者的诊疗提供更多选择。Autonomic nervous system(ANS)is closely linked to the vasculature in terms of morphological function and growth and development,and it can regulate vascular function.During the development of coronary artery disease,the ANS can participate in the process of coronary atherosclerosis through the regulation of vascular tone and the regulation of inflammation,while the vasculature can also regulate the ANS through the secretion of active substances.Therefore,the close link between the ANS and the vasculature is a key target for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease.In recent years,with the development of diagnostic technology for coronary heart disease,the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment for patients with coronary heart disease has also been significantly improved,however,current examination techniques do not effectively link ANS to coronary function,and further studies on the relationship between ANS and physiological functions of coronary arteries can provide more options for the diagnosis and treatment.
