摘 要:新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)是新生儿期严重的胃肠道疾病。早期诊断、早期治疗对患儿预后至关重要。传统的诊断方法(临床表现联合血液学指标、腹部影像学等)具有一定创伤性和滞后性。随着对NEC发病机制研究的深入,粪便钙卫蛋白、粪便自诱导分子-2及挥发性气体等一些具有无创、快捷、简便、短期内可重复检测等优点的粪便标志物逐渐被发现可用于NEC的早期诊断及病情评估,有望为早期识别、早期干预危重患儿提供更多可能,但这些标志物对疾病诊断的准确度有待进一步提高。Neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)is a serious gastrointestinal disease in the neonatal period.Early diagnosis and early treatment are critical to the prognosis of the children.Traditional diagnostic methods(clinical manifestations combined with hematological indicators,abdominal imaging,etc.)are traumatic and lagging.With the in-depth study of the pathogenesis of NEC,some stool markers,such as fecal calprotection,autoinducer-2,volatile organic compounds etc.,due to the advantages of non-invasive,fast,simple,and reproducible in a short period of time,have been gradually discovered to be used for the early diagnosis and disease assessment of NEC,and is expected to provide more possibilities for the early recognition and early intervention of the critically ill children,although the accuracy of these markers for the disease diagnosis need to be further improved.
