摘　　要：代谢综合征是一组以肥胖、血脂异常、血压升高及糖调节受损等临床表现为特征的症候群,其患病率逐年升高,严重影响人类健康。但目前尚缺乏早期综合诊断与预防代谢综合征的有效方法。代谢组学技术可通过对代谢产物的定性和定量分析反映生物体的代谢变化,对代谢综合征的诊断、鉴别诊断、早期预测、不同种族之间代谢差异研究以及治疗干预等均具有重要作用。因此,通过代谢组学技术发现新的、特异性强的生物标志物可以为未来代谢综合征的研究提供新思路。Metabolic syndrome is a group of symptoms characterized by the clinical manifestations of obesity,dyslipidemia,elevated blood pressure,and impaired glucose regulation.Its prevalence is increasing year by year,seriously affecting human health.However,there is still a lack of effective means for the early diagnosis and prevention of metabolic syndrome.Metabolomics technology can reflect metabolic changes of organisms through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the metabolites,which plays an important role in the diagnosis,differential diagnosis,early prediction of metabolic syndrome,study of metabolic differences among different races and treatment intervention.The discovery of new and highly specific biomarkers through metabonomics will provide new ideas for the metabolic syndrome research in the future.
