摘　　要：中药是中华民族传承了上千年的文化瑰宝,它不但对中华民族的医疗保健事业贡献巨大,而且对世界医学影响深远。随着社会的发展,中药也要面对知识产权保护问题,专利已成为国际上产业知识产权保护的通用规则,同时也是中药保护的有力武器。文章通过对中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)收录的有关中药专利的论文进行文献计量学分析,对国内中药专利的研究领域高生产力地区、机构的分布,主要学术期刊对相关论文的刊载情况,中药专利主要研究作者、论文的时间分布等问题进行梳理,以期为中药专利研究提供一些依据。Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is a cultural treasure inherited by the Chinese nation for thousands of years. It not only makes great contributions to the medical and health care of the Chinese nation, but also has a farreaching impact on the world’s medicine. With the development of society, traditional Chinese medicine also has to face the problem of intellectual property protection. Patent has become a general rule of international industrial intellectual property protection, and also a powerful weapon for the protection of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the bibliometric analysis of papers on Chinese medicine patents collected in China Biomedical(CBM)literature database, this paper analyzes the research fields of Chinese medicine patents, the distribution of high productivity areas, institutions, the publication of relevant papers in major academic journals, and combs the main research authors and the time distribution of papers, so as to provide some basis for the patent research of TCM.
