云南融入国家战略背景下地方高校图书馆作用发挥研究

摘　　要：文章根据云南高校图书馆在云南融入国家战略中发挥的角色作用、定位作用和优势,提出应充分发挥资源优势,为周边国家的图书馆提供数字资源共享;加强与沿线周边国家各图书馆间的交流与合作,提高图书馆信息化水平,开拓馆员的国际化视野,不断提升馆员队伍素质建设,逐步组建一支高效优质的国际化馆员人才队伍;建立适应区域经济发展的信息服务创新机制,为企业提供信息人才支持等措施,为国家战略全面发展提供助力。Based on the role, positioning and advantages of Yunnan university libraries under the background of Yunnan’s integration into the national strategy, this paper proposes giving full play to the advantages of resources to provide digital resources sharing for libraries in neighbour countries;strengthening the communication and cooperation with the libraries of the countries along the route, improving the informationization level of the libraries, opening up the international vision of the librarians, continuously improving the quality of the librarians, so as to gradually form an efficient and high-quality international librarians;establishing an innovative information service mechanism to meet the needs of regional economic development, so as to provide information and talent support for enterprises, and provide assistance for the overall development of national strategy.
