摘　　要：机构知识库是汇集高校学术研究数据的一项基础工程,也有助于图书馆创新数据管理模式和学科服务手段。通过对学者需求的调研,设计更加科学合理的机构知识库功能模块。学科馆员深度参与机构知识库建设数据收集、维护管理的全过程,推动机构知识库持续健康发展。文章还对顶层设计、人力储备、功能拓展、审核机制等方面进行分析,在山东农业大学机构知识库建设过程中总结了一些实践经验和思考探索。Institutional repository(IR)is a basic project for collecting academic research data of universities, and it also helps libraries innovate data management mode and discipline service method. Through the research on the demand of scholars, a more scientific and reasonable IR function module was designed. Discipline librarians are deeply involved in the whole process of data collection, maintenance and management, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of IR. This article also summarizes some practical experience and thought exploration in the construction process of Shandong Agricultural University’s IR, including top-level design, manpower reserve, function expansion, and review mechanism.
