摘　　要：以贵阳阿哈湖国家湿地公园的范围和功能区的优化调整为例,系统分析了城市建成区内国家湿地公园规划中存在的问题。从明确调整目标、创新调整方法、统一技术要求等方面深入探析,形成科学合理的调整方案,提出坚持生态区位重要性底线、坚持城市公园基本属性的建议和思考,以期为城市建成区国家湿地公园的科学合理调整提供参考,有助于城市建成区内国家湿地公园的升级发展。The Aha lake national wetland park in Guiyang was taken as a case study of optimization and restructuring of its scope and functional zones,this paper presents a systematical analysis of the problems existing in the planning of national wetland parks in built-up urban areas.An in-depth analysis was carried out in aspects of clarification of restructuring goals,innovation of restructuring methods,and unification of technical requirements to develop a scientific and appropriate restructuring plan,and to propose suggestions and reflections on adhering to the bottom line of the importance of ecological location and the basic attributes of urban parks.It provides a basis for scientific and appropriate restructuring and upgrading national wetland parks in built-up urban areas.
