摘　　要：针对乳腺癌相关上肢淋巴水肿(Breast cancer related lymphedema,BCRL)的预防,我们医院整形外科联合乳腺外科于2020年9月28日成功应用脱目镜3D超显微技术,借助吲哚菁绿造影,完成腋窝淋巴结清扫术同期预防性淋巴管静脉吻合(Lymphovenous anastomosis,LVA)1例,并借助Zeiss Kinevo 900FLOW800黑白荧光造影及彩色地图分析模块,对淋巴管静脉吻合口的通畅性进行量化评估。本文对该病例进行报道并作相关文献回顾。In order to prevent breast caner related lymphoedema,3D microsurgery technique and indocyanine green angiography were used to complete prophylactic lymphovenous anastomosis immediately after axillary lymph node dissection of one case of breast cancer on September 28,2020.And the patency of anastomosis stoma was quantified by Zeiss Kinevo 900 FLOW800 fluorescence angiography and color map analysis module.In this paper,this case was reported and the relevant literature was reviewed.
