摘　　要：目的观察MAFT-GUN法自体脂肪移植在面部轮廓整形中的应用效果,并与传统脂肪移植技术进行比较。方法2016年3月至2019年3月,共98例面部轮廓整形患者,随机分为两组,观察组49例,选择MAFT-GUN法自体脂肪移植;对照组49例,采用传统脂肪移植技术。对比两组患者的治疗效果、术后并发症和患者满意度。结果观察组术后消肿时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率(8.16%)明显低于对照组(22.45%),两组差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度(97.96%)明显优于对照组(79.59%),两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论MAFT-GUN法自体脂肪移植效果优于传统脂肪移植,具有安全、微创、精确、高效的优势,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of MAFT-GUN autologous fat transplantation in facial contouring and compare with traditional fat transplantation.Methods From March 2016 to March 2019,a total of 98 patients with the need for facial contouring were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(n=49)was treated with autologous fat transplantation by MAFT-GUN method,while the control group was treated with traditional fat transplantation technique.The treatment effect,postoperative complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative detumescence time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(8.16%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.45%),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction of patients in the observation group(97.96%)was significantly better than that in the control group(79.59%),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of MAFT-GUN autologous fat transplantation is superior to traditional fat transplantation,and it is safe,minimally invasive,accurate and efficient,which is worthy of clinical application.
