摘　　要：以南京市某眼科医院为主体单位牵头的医联体为例,介绍了从"合作模式""人才培养""信息化建设""学科建设"4个方面入手,提出构建3+2+1(三级医院+二级医院+社区卫生服务中心)区域联动、眼病防治服务体系的纵向紧密型眼科医联体联盟新模式,筑牢医联体保障机制,为推动医疗联合体高质量发展提供借鉴和参考。Taking a Medical Cluster led by an ophthalmology hospital in Nanjing as the main unit as an example,this paper introduces the four aspects of"cooperation mode","talent training","informatization construction"and"discipline construction",and proposes to build a 3+2+1(Grade III hospital+Grade III hospital+community health service center)regional linkage,eye disease prevention and treatment service system vertical tight ophthalmology Medical Cluster new model,strengthen the Medical Cluster security mechanism,provide reference and promote the high-quality development of Medical Cluster refer to.
